cover open 機器的`前蓋沒有蓋好，須蓋好。
cutter jam 傳真紙卡在切刀處，取出傳真紙，重新裝。
disconneted 傳輸線路中斷，打其他的電話以檢查線路。
document jam 文件被卡住，可能是文件沒有放對或文件太長。打開蓋取出文件蓋好蓋，重新放入文件並調整位置重新發。
error code print out 打印錯誤代碼。
hang up phone 掛上電話。
junk mail prohibitor 禁止垃圾郵件編程。
memory full 存儲器接收傳真滿。
no document 沒有稿件。
no response/busy/ no ans greeting 被叫號碼不對或佔線，檢查號碼並重試。
over temperature 傳真機温度高。
paper roll empty 傳真紙用完。
printer overheated 打印機過熱。
recording paper jam 記錄紙堵塞。
remove document 清除文件夾紙。
