一、英文簡歷的種類

1、中式英文簡歷

中式簡歷中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡歷一起遞交，建議中文簡歷中不寫政治面貌。因為如果去外企工作，背景中的政治色彩越少越好，起碼沒有必要讓老外知道。性格是主觀的東西，有經驗的招聘人員從來不相信任何人寫自己的性格，因為它不是硬性的東西，不象學歷、技能。有些人如果認為公司要招聘一個比較活躍一點的，便會在簡歷中寫性格開朗。有的是真的相信自己性格開朗，有的是覺得寫上更好，其實沒必要。

2、港式英文簡歷

香港出版的簡歷書寫技巧書籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫上工資現狀及預期工資，這些都屬於隱私問題，美式簡歷則不要求提供這些信息。

3、英式英文簡歷

很接近港式，但個人資料沒有港式説得那麼多，篇幅長但不詳細，我們這裏不做過多評論。

4、美式英文簡歷

國際大公司中比較流行的是美式簡歷，是我們重點參考的樣式，美式簡歷往往只有一張紙，書寫格式卻也不十幾種，有些書籍甚至登載了上面種樣本，我們這裏只介紹美國大公司中最流行的一種，如華爾街的投資銀行、國際諮詢公司、工業公司、製造業公司、營銷業公司等都採用這種式樣，同時，我們也參考了三個名牌學樣：哈佛商學院、沃頓商學院和哥倫比亞商學院的簡歷樣本，式樣大同小異，主要以哈佛商學院的.為主。

二、簡歷要領

1、招聘人員怎樣鑑別簡歷？

好簡歷當然會被保留，如果背景又恰好是公司急需的，可能馬上就會約見求職者，不好的簡歷就會被扔掉，事實上，不好的簡歷就會被扔掉，事實上，連看都不看，任何一個知名的大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡歷。如果寫得太差，根本就不值得保留，因為這些公司認為，一個人連自己的簡歷都寫不好，將來進了公司，對行文質量不夠；對內説件事情也不清楚，公司不需要這樣的人，大家經常説大公司的人訓練有素，實際上這也是其中一方面，即使不進大公司，簡歷寫得不好，也會顯得不懂基本格式，沒有智慧。

第一，您對招聘人員的工作性質還不瞭解。假設您是司機，經常走北京那麼多衚衕，自然就記住了，而一般人都覺得很難記。

第二，説明你對行文格式，專業寫作形象還不熟悉。美國很多職位很高的大老闆，在看下屬寫東西時，一點點小錯，哪怕只是換了一種字體，漏了一個逗號，多了一個空格都能及時指出來。説明他們眼很尖速度很快。另外，寫的內容千萬不要多，而且要控制在一頁紙內。

3、簡歷中的任何字句，都有可能成為面試中的話題。

切記：只寫有把握的，沒有把握的不要寫，要實事求是，千萬不要誇張，外資公司是最忌諱撒謊的，一旦讓他覺得你在撒謊，你就完全失去了進入這個公司的資格，比如説，你在簡歷中寫了你會講日語，實際上卻只學過一點皮毛，那就得小心碰上懂日文的老外，雖然不一定會説中文，但會一兩門外語的人大有人在，所以還是謹慎為妙。
