6、 另紙簽證的概念。如何辦理新加波另紙簽證。

答：所謂另紙簽證，是指代表使領館的'簽證標示，或稱准許入境蓋得章。不顯示的護照上，而是在另一張有新加坡移民局專用的簽證紙上（僅限於旅遊團簽證）。

程序：（1）有組團社將遊客詳細無誤的有關資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護照簽發地和簽發時間）列一個表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請表，並加蓋地方接待社的公章後，將申請表格及擔保書（含擔保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅遊者的姓名的英文名拼音26個字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上准入境的簽證標示或准入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機場窗口。4）待旅遊團抵達後，由領隊出示護照及團隊名單後即可領取新加坡移民局簽發的一張全團簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內可多次入境）。

7、 中國出入境的操作流程及各環節注意事項。

答：1）、領隊應告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關規定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護照，領隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的客人，自行持護照過關。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。

8、 外國地區出入境操作流程及各環節注意事項。

1） 到達旅遊站或目的地後，辦理有關入境手續，通常稱為“過三關”即衞生檢疫、證照查驗，海關檢查2）入境卡及申報單的表卡應事先填妥3）帶團出機場時，從入境邊檢開始，接着取行李至海關檢查，按順序辦理4）領隊如先於團員通過移民關卡，應回頭照顧團員，並請已過關的團員協助接取行李5）待全數入境後，經檢查行李件數無誤。海關要求檢查時，請物主立刻開箱受檢，同時告誡團員切勿離隊。6）當海關檢查完畢即出關與當地接待人員聯絡，並將行李交其負責，然後帶團員等車清點人數。

9、 四核對的內容及方法

答：1）護照和機票核對，包括中英文姓名、前往國家。2）機票和行程的核對，包括國際段和國內段行程、日期、航班、間隔時間等。3）護照與名單表的核對，各項一一對應，核對好實際出境旅遊的人數與《團隊名單表》一致。4）護照內容核對，包括正文頁與出境卡項目一致，出境卡兩項是否有黃卡，是否與去前往國相符，簽證的有效期、簽證水印及簽字等

10、 遊客在國外丟失了護照，領隊應如何處理？

1）首先，由當地的導遊協助到地方接待社開具護照遺失證明，然後持當地接待社的遺失證明儘快地到就近警察局報案，取得警察機構開具的具有法律效力的報案證明2）持當地警察機構的報案證明和遺失者照片及旅行團的護照資料（即團隊名單表）到中國駐在國的使領館辦理新的護照（或者臨時通行證）3）持取得的新護照或臨時通行證及有關資料到所在國的移民局辦理簽證。辦理上述手續的費用完全由旅遊者自理。

11、領隊在境外安排住宿時應掌握哪裏工作要點？

1） 儘快辦理房間登記手續，記住每位團員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。瞭解飯店的內部設施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，並告訴團員。2）分鑰匙前宣佈領隊、導遊房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發時間。3）進房間後，對國內重點客人應親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協助解決有關問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。

4）如有行李，應檢查行李是否已送到客人的房間。

14、辦理行李託運時，領隊應告訴客人什麼？

答：一等票價客票40公斤，公務票價客票30公斤，經濟客票20公斤。按成人票價的10%付費的嬰兒無免費行李額。超重行李費率以每公斤按經濟艙票的票價的1.5%計算。

15、在境外旅遊時，託運的行李如果丟了領隊應該z怎麼辦？

答：在境外旅遊時，托運行李遺失（下飛機後在行李認領處————行李傳送帶上找不到自己託運的行李）的現象時有發生。這因由旅遊者所乘飛機的航空公司負責。遇到托運行李丟失，應立即到機場失物登記處辦理行李丟失和認領手續。在領隊的協助下，主動出示機票和行李託運收據，詳細説明始發站、中專站、行李件數及丟失行李的尺寸、顏色、形狀、標誌等特徵（不需要講清行李內的物品），並一一填寫在失物登記表上。在一般情況下，機場失物登記表處的有關人員根據失主所填的失物登記表，會馬上打開電腦查詢，而且，立即通知失主行李現在何處，並致歉意，然後在下一班飛機抵達後或者更晚一些時間將行李送到旅遊者下榻的賓館。如果是終點站，也可送到失主的家中。如經過查找確認丟失，各國航空公司按自己的規定（根據行李的尺寸或行李的重量）予以賠償。請注意，從不按行李內的物品的價值予以賠償。這是國家慣例。

答：證件安全，錢物安全，交通安全，飲食安全，住宿安全，觀光安全，購物安全和人身安全。

15、境外如何預防交通事故的發生。

(1) 每一位出境旅客都要樹立“嚴格遵守旅遊目的地國家或地區的交通規則”的潛意識，這一交通安全意識是“乘興而去，順利而歸”的重要保障之一。

(2) 全世界大多數國家和地區均遵守右側通行的規則，但在中國香港、澳門地區和日本、英國以及東南亞等一些國家是左側通行，與中國內地右側通行恰恰相反。所以，旅遊者必須在短時間內改變習慣，穿越馬路時先向右看。

(3) 境外車速較快，公路安全靠所設計的許多交通標誌指揮車輛完全運行。如自己開車，更要事先充分了解當地的交通標誌與交通法規以及與中國之間的差異。
