簽證的有效期：簽證的有效期，是指從簽證簽發之日起到以後的一段時間內准許持有者入境的時間期限，超過這一期限，該簽證就是無效簽證。一般國家發給3個月有效的.入境簽證，也有的國家發給1個月有效的入境簽證。有的國家對簽證有效期限制很嚴，如德國只按申請日期發放簽證。過境簽證的有效期一般都比較短。
