自助餐 The Buffet

I like to eat buffet so much, because I can taste so many food at the same time. There are all kinds of fruits, meat and ice cream, I like them all, so I have great motivation to eat buffet. Every time I eat buffet, I will eat as more as possible, because I think I have paid the money, I want to let the food deserve the money I pay. My stomach always gets too much food, I overeat the food and hurts my stomach. Now I pay much attention to enjoy the food, I will tell myself not to eat so much full, the money I pay is to enjoy the food instead of hurting my stomach.

我很喜歡吃自助餐，因為我可以同時間嚐到很多食物。自助餐有各種各樣的水果，肉類和冰淇淋，我都喜歡吃，所以我有很大的動力吃自助餐。每次我吃自助餐，我會盡可能地多吃，因為我已經給了錢，我就想吃食物值得我付的錢。我的胃總是撐了太多的食物，我吃太多了，傷到了胃。如今我比較注重享受食物，我會告訴自己不要吃得那麼飽，我付的錢是為了享受食物而不是傷胃。

亞運會 The Asian Game

About four days ago, the Asian Game was open, this time, it is held in Korea. The Asian Game is held once four years, it is a big game for the Asian coutries. The best athletes from different countries fight for the honor, they also want to prove themselves that they are the best players in Asia. I am a big fan of the sport game, I like to see swimming, tennis match and basketball. Especially the swimming, all the players swim like the fish, so fast and so excited. The Asian game is such a big game that it attracts so many people’s attention, I believe our country will play well and win great honor.

大約四天前，亞運會開始了，這次是在韓國舉行。亞運會每四年舉行一次，對於亞洲國家來説這是個大的運動。來自不同國家的運動員為了榮譽而戰，他們也想要證明自己是亞洲最好的選手。我是一個運動比賽的超級粉絲，我喜歡看游泳，網球比賽和籃球比賽。特別是游泳，所有的選手遊起來就像魚，那麼快，那麼的激動人心。亞運會是如此大的比賽，吸引了很多人的注意，我相信我們國家能做得很好，贏得很多榮譽。

第一條彩虹隧道 The First Rainbow Tunnel

Today, when I read the newspaper, I saw the interesting news, it is said that the first rainbow tunnel has been built in our country. I have seen many tunnels when I went out by bus, every time when the bus went through the tunnel, it was so dark, I felt not good, it just like I went to another gloomy space. But the rainbow tunnel is very different, it is so colorful, it looks so comfortable. It is so sweet for the workers to build such lovely tunnel, it brings the travelers good mood, the workers are so considerate, they deserve the big praise. I think if more rainbow tunnels are built, the travelers will be less tired in their journey.

今天，當我看報紙的時候，我看到了一條有趣的新聞，據説我過的第一條彩虹隧道已經建成。在我乘汽車外出的時候，我看到過很多隧道，每次汽車穿過隧道，裏面很黑，我感到不舒服，就像到了另一個陰鬱的空間。但是彩虹隧道很不一樣，各種顏色，看起來很舒服。對於工人來説建這樣可愛的隧道是多麼的貼心啊，給旅客帶來了好心情，工人也很為人着想，他們只得受到大大的讚揚。我覺得如果建造更多的彩虹隧道，旅客會在他們的旅途中少些倦意。

我看到的彩虹 The Rainbow I Saw

Before I was 10, I lived in my hometown, it was a small and beautiful village, I love my hometown so much. I remembered when it rained with the sunshine, there would be the rainbow in the sky. As the sky was so blue, the rainbow was very big, just like I was in front of the rainbow, it was so amazing. After I moved to the city, I never see the rainbow as beautiful as what I saw in my hometown. In the city, there are so many building that they cover people’s eyesight, what’s more, the environment is polluted so heavy that the sky is grey. I wish to see the beautiful rainbow again.

在我十歲以前，我住在我的家鄉，那是一個小和美麗的村莊，我很愛我的家鄉。我記得當天上下了雨，並且伴隨着太陽的時候，天空中會出現彩虹。由於天空是如此的蔚藍，彩虹很大，就好像我站在彩虹的前面，那是如此的神奇。在我搬到城市了以後，我從來都沒有看到過和我在家鄉看到的那樣美的彩虹。在城市裏，到處都是高樓大廈，擋住了人們的視線，而且，環境被嚴重污染以至於天空都是灰色的。我希望能夠再看到美麗的彩虹。

第一次與外國人講話 The First Time to Speak to Foreigners

I have learned English for many years, but I don’t have a chance to speak foreigners before, last week, I happened to encounter a foreigner, I felt so excited, he needed my help. It was on Monday, I went to the flower shop to buy a flower for my friend, because she was ill, I was going to the hospital to see her. Then a foreigner and the boss were having conversation, but the boss didn’t know what the foreigner said, I hesitated for a while, then I came to help the boss. The boss and the foreigner thanked me so much, I felt so happy, the language I learn is useful. Since then, I want to learn English well.

我學習了英語已經很多年了，但是我之前都沒有機會和外國人説話，上週，我碰巧遇到了一名外國人，我覺得很興奮，他需要我的幫助。那是星期一，我去花店買花給我的'同學，因為她生病了，我準備去醫院看她。然後一位外國人和老闆在聊着，但是老闆不懂外國人的話，我猶豫了一會，然後我開始幫助老闆。老闆和外國人很感激我，我覺得很開心，我學到的語言終於派上用場了。從那時起，我想要把英語學好。

亞健康的起因 The Cause of Sub-health

Nowadays, as people’s live standard is much better than before, people no longer struggle for hunger, but the new problem comes. Many people suffer from sub-health, which can result in both physical and mental diseases, the worse situation is that some people may die of sub-health prematurely. Sub-health is not easy for people to perceive, it is potential, the cause of it owes to the pressure and the unhealthy life style that people face. Today, people are working so hard, they are under great pressure, they always forget to eat and busy with their work. In the long run, their life style is irregular, their bodies change and then comes the illness. People need to pay attention to their health.

如今，隨着人們生活水平比以前大幅度提高，人們不再為飢餓掙扎，但是新的問題來了。很多人有亞健康問題，這能導致他們身體上和精神上的疾病，更為嚴重的情況是一些人可能會提前死於亞健康問題。亞健康不易為人們所察覺，它是潛在的，亞健康的起因是人們面臨的壓力和不健康的生活方式。今天，人們很努力工作，他們面臨很大的壓力，他們總是忘記吃飯，忙於工作。長期下去，他們的生活方式沒有規律，身體開始變化，隨後生病。人們需要注意健康。
