Youth
Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust . Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

Hello, everybody! My name is, I come from. Today, I am very glad to stand here and share with you my most sincere speech‘Flying youth, master our future!’
Life is a process of growing up. Saying goodbye to childhood, we step into another important time of life‘the youth’ver, who can really say what the youth is ? A period of time? A belief？ An attitude to life? Or anything else? We don’t know.
A famous poet said ‘ youth is a lovely song ,where nothing is impossible ; youth is a meaningful book, you’ll be never bored of it ；youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ；youth is a cup of tea ,it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life. ’
As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it ’t let the limited time pass by, leaving nothing of significance to our future. Actually, youth has a lot to do with our future. It’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. So, what should we do? Here ,I’ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves
First of all, recognize the direction of your future. In other word, think of what you’d like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor ? A writer? Don’t afraid of thinking big and great e you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future
What’s more , never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden your horizon.
Last but not the least , stick to your dream. It easier said than done. After all, future is not all roses. So, we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties.
I firmly believe one sentence that‘If you think you can, of course you can!’Just believe we can make it! Keep on walking towards our dream. Flying youth ,master our future. From today, from now on ,from Duping Middle School ! Ready ?

首先，認識到你的'未來方向。在其他的話，想想你的某一天。一個老師嗎？醫生？一個作家？不要害怕思考大和巨大的。因為你還年輕，你可以夢想做什麼和將來成為任何人
更重要的是，永遠不要忽視知識的力量。閲讀更多的書籍和旅遊。首先，它可以增加你的知識，另一個，它會拓寬你的視野。 最後但並非最不重要的，堅持你的夢想。説起來容易做起來難.畢竟，未來是不是所有的玫瑰。因此，我們應該有足夠的勇氣和決心克服一切困難。

everyone has his ownunderstanding of young,it is a period of time of beauty and wonders,only after you have
experienced the sour ,sweet ,bitter and salty can you really become a person of time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention,and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too ping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .
having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing,they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind,and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later
generations,admired by do something in the time of young,although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word,just for youeself,for those around!
the young is just like blooming flowers,they are so beautiful when blooming,they make people feel happy,but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young,then we may lose our passion when getting older and we must treasure it ,don't let the limitted time pass by ,leaving nothing of significance.

Every one has his own I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot. I have got quite different experience from other e they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong ing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .
When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands I always believe that god only help those who help ng those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my most correct ,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream is a dream deeply rooted in my soul. I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.
I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team. I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete! This is my hope is the faith that I continue my steps with!!!
With this faith ,I will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ,never give up !
So let victory ring from my heart,from all of we allow victory to ring .I must be the one!
In my imagination,I'm a bird ,a magical bird.I carry my dreams all with me by my big wings. I fly though the mountains ,though the forests ,over the sea,to the sun ,the warmest place in the aerospace!

2、你怎樣主宰自己的青春？
青春
青春不是指歲月，而是指心態。粉嫩的臉，紅潤的脣，矯健的膝並不是青春。青春表現在意志的堅強與懦弱。想象的豐富與蒼白、情感的充沛與貧乏等方面。青春是生命深處清泉的噴湧。
青春是追求。只有當勇氣蓋過怯弱、進取壓倒苟安之時，青春才存在。果如此，則60見之長者比20歲之少年更具青春活力。僅僅歲月的流逝並不能使他們衰老。而一旦拋棄理想和信念，則垂垂老也。
歲月只能使皮膚起皺。而一旦喪失生活的激情，則連靈魂枯老，使人生枯如死水，毫無活力。
60歲長者也好，16歲少年也罷，每個人的內心深處都渴望奇蹟，都如孩子一般眨着期待的雙眼，期待着下一次，期待着生活的情趣，你我靈魂深處都有一座無線電中轉站------只有你我年輕，則總能聽到希望的呼喚，總能發出喜悦的歡呼，總能傳達勇氣的訊號，總能表現出青春的活力………
一旦青春的天線倒下，你的靈魂即為玩世不恭之雪、悲觀厭世之冰覆蓋；即使你年方20.其實你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天線高高聳起，就可以隨時接收到樂觀的電波-----即使你年過八旬，行將就木，而你卻仍然擁有青春，你仍然年輕。 謝謝！
