大家好！

兩年前，我從xx英語教育院校畢業，躊躇滿志地從大學校門裏走出來，滿懷信心地踏進了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級二班的英語教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講台時，面對一個個鮮活可愛的面孔，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成為深受學生歡迎的好老師。

有人説兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書並非易事，但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人説，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長。實際上，兒童比花木要複雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也複雜的多，儘管他們擁有着共同或共通的規律。法國文學家雨果在他的詩裏曾經寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實是甜美的，讓我們都來做葉吧，因為葉，是平凡而謙遜的。”我覺得這首詩就是為教師寫的，因為教師就像那默默奉獻的綠葉，時時刻刻襯托着鮮花的嬌豔。今天，在慶祝教師節的日子裏，我榮幸地站上這方講台，誦讀這樣意味深長的詩句，即將開始我至真至誠的講述，我心中無比激動，也感到萬分的驕傲自豪。

時光匆匆，轉眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時間有些短暫。但細數往昔歲月的點點滴滴，我還是要長歎：生活原來給了我們那麼多感動。為了這真情付出後得到的.感動，我一直在追求着。剛剛參加工作時，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時間之後，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一羣求知慾渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講台站上去容易，要站好可真難啊！

每個人都希望自己的人生風和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時內心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人願意選擇前者，因為你的心中有愛！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會用伯樂的眼光去發現孩子們的閃光點，才會對自己的教育對象充滿了信心和愛心，才會有追求卓越的精神和創新的精神。

今天，我是一名國小英語教師，愛我的學生，我會像母親一樣無私和不求索取；愛我的學生，我會像手足一樣把心和他們貼得更近；愛我的學生，我會像朋友一樣與他們風雨同舟；愛我的學生，我會不溺愛不袒護，在他們跌倒時，鼓勵他們勇敢的站起來！我相信“人民教師”這光榮而神聖的稱謂，它總能讓我擁有無窮的力量。

Suppose you are in a dark cave alone now. Maybe you can not find any hope, you are trembling and frightened. What will you do? What will you say? Will you give up? (……) No we should not give up. We should try our best to find hope. So today, I am honored to stand here to share my opinion with you---- Let’s say NO to Give UP.

I am a boy who loves baroque music,especially the works of Johann Sebastian Bach. At my age,loving classical music is seen as an exceptional taste,but I don't agree with this. For me,age is irrelevant when it comes to music. The most important thing about listening to classical music is to have a heart of godliness.

Bach is considered now to be one of the greatest musicians ever. Why is that? I feel it is because of his devotion towards god. Bach had devoted his whole life to revealing the glory of the lord by music. Composing,for Bach,was a way to connect the divine world and the mortal world. Similarly,I have devoted my musical taste and life towards listening to Bach's music. In other words,the way I view Bach is how Bach viewed god. With this same kind of piety,I am able to connect with Bach on an emotional level,which allows me to overcome the difficulties and frustrations I face in life. I consider myself to be very similar to Bach because we are both persistent in setting and achieving goals.

The spirit of Bach's music inspires me and helps me to face my life with a new determination to fulfill my goals. It is evident that Bach's music has and will continue to shape my life in years to come.

If you're able to listen to classical music with emotion even just once,I know that you'll find a new positive influence in your life just as I did.

Life is unfair.

Success is not measured on the days when the sun shines. Success is measured on the dark,stormy,cloudy days.

If you can't absorb failure,you're never gonna meet thing about life is it's not always easy,and you can't always win. Some point of your life,it hits you. It hits you really really hard.

The person you love doesn't love you back,you get fired,you lose a family member. At some point of your life,you're gonna hit rock bottom.

You're paralyzed,you're like,"Why?" And that why can really really destroy you. Once you start asking yourself,"Why me? Why not the others,why me?

I'm actually a good person,I never did something significantly bad,why the hell did it hit me?" Because that's life.

Yes,yes,yes,it’s a new day,it’s a different day,and it’s a bright day！And most importantly,it is a new beginning for your life,a beginning where you are going to make new desicisions,take new actions,make new friends,and take your life to a totally unprecedented level！You know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate and committed！And you are confident,you are passionate,you are committed！

As your coach and friend,I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you,but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part,you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan,you must never quit,you must never fear. i am chinese. i have inherited black hair and black eyes. i have inherited the virtues of my ancestors. i have also taken over responsibility. i am sure,that wherever i go,whatever i do,i shall never forget that i am chinese！

A Little Bit More

Today is an excellent day for small improvements. Whatever is working for you,find a way to improve it just a little. There’s no need to make a huge change,just a small one,something you can do right now.

If you called just one additional customer each day,over the course of the next month you would talk to about 20 new people. If you learned just one more new word each day,in the next year you would increase your vocabulary by more than 300 words.

Small improvements can add up over time into big accomplishments. Look around you. Consider the work you do each day. Think about how you could do it just a little bit better.

In a marathon race,each step the winner takes is just a little bit longer and a little bit faster than each stride taken by the 100th place finisher. Yet over the course of the race,that small difference adds up in a big way.

Do just a little bit more today,and tomorrow too,and each day after that. Anyone can make just a small improvement,and that can make a big,big difference.
