7.閉上眼睛，着意去想象一些恬靜美好的景物，如藍色的海水、金黃色的沙灘、朵朵白雲、高山流水等。
8.做一些與當前具體事項無關的自己比較喜愛的活動。比如游泳、洗熱水澡、逛街購物、聽音樂、看電視等。
