根據《20xx年考研英語大綱》規定，考研英語作文有兩類，一個大作文一個小作文。其中的小作文，多是辭職信、道歉信、感謝信等應用文體，它的形式是給出提示要點，要求考生根據要求表達清楚要點。它的評分重點在於信息點的覆蓋，內容的組織，語言的準確性。格式及語域的恰當。鑑於小作文不需要華麗的詞藻和吸引閲卷人眼球的文采，只要掌握一定的方法技巧，在格式、語言和要點等方面下足功夫，拿到理想的分數還是不難的。下面就為20xx年考研的同學們提供以下小作文寫作技巧。

一、格式

稱呼：英語應用文稱呼有這樣的特點，如果是不認識的人，一般稱呼為敬詞+尊稱。例如，Dear Sir or Madam 或者 To Whom It May Concern(需注意每個單詞首字母都大寫)；如果是寫給關係正式的某團體或個人，稱呼為敬詞+尊稱+名。例如，Dear Mr. Xx,或Dear ,；對於關係較親密的人可以直呼其名，即 Dear xx,。需要注意的是：

1.稱呼要頂格寫；2. 稱呼之後要加逗號或者冒號（推薦大家用逗號，因為歷年的高分範文都是用逗號的）。

正文：正文格式一般有兩種格式，一是縮進式，即首段開頭空四個字母，段落之間不空行; 一是齊頭式，即每段開頭不空格，但是各段之間空一行。跨考教育建議考生採用縮進式，因為如果用齊頭式，段間空行的話很可能答題空間不夠，導致字數不夠。

二、語言

寫作用詞準確是最基礎的要求之一。其次，句型可以多變，例如既有並列句，也有複合句，還有從句，但注意語法運用要正確。此外還要注意，正式語言一般是寫給具有正式關係的團體或機構，這種情況不用縮略語和口語用法。除了正式的文體以外，其他的文體皆為非正式文體，像寫給朋友的書信等。

一般小作文的考查要求中會體現出寫該篇的目的和場合，所以考生在寫作時要注意針對不同場合使用不同語言，使交流得以進行。另外，考生也要注意不同的應用文有不同的用語。建議考生對某些應用文的格式和習慣用語，應該加以熟悉和背誦，以便運用自如。

三、其他

考生在考試時注意在看到題目要求後不要忙於動筆，雖説小作文的字數充其量在一百多個單詞，但是依舊要在腦子裏理清思路。最好能夠在仔細審題以後，認真列個提綱，這樣更有利於思路清晰。寫作時，注意表達清楚以下幾個方面：首先交代清楚寫信目的；其次為了讓閲卷者對你的文章結構及表意一目瞭然，注意關聯詞或銜接詞的運用；接下來，應該對個人的觀點進行闡述(在寫作有此必要的時候)。最後，行文間要注意簡化描述，用簡短的語句代替宂長的語句。在作文完成的時候，應該檢查、修改，以免遺漏一些需要表達清楚的要點和細節。

又一陣音樂向起，六位主持人走上舞台，喧鬧聲夏然而止，掌聲突然響起。可主持人一開口，大家立刻安靜下來，寧靜片刻後，陣陣私語聲傳入我的耳朵，雙雙睜大了的眼睛正對着舞台——他們講的是英語！

接下來的講話也是英語，讓我很是迷茫，不過讓我欣慰的是：我還是能聽懂一兩句的。

第一個節目上場了，《do re mi》這首著名的歌曲被同學們以歌舞劇的形式奪得了觀眾們熱列的掌聲。第二個節目是話劇《 new waiting for the rabbit》，它以易懂的語言，有趣的劇情讓觀眾們一次次隨着音樂打節奏，一次次哈哈大笑和鼓掌。《 monster》是由三個女生演唱的歌曲，一口流利的`英語真讓人羨慕啊！不過第四個節目我實在是看不懂。第五個節目是歌曲串燒：第一首是聽力教材上的一首歌，不過我忘記歌名了，第二首聽起來也很熟悉，但也忘了是什麼了，第三首是《冰雪奇緣》的主題曲，演員們都盛裝出場，一上場便收穫了滿屋的掌聲。《白雪公主》這個話劇勾起了大家對小時在牀頭聽媽媽講故事的場景的回憶。第七個節目是歌曲，演員的優美嗓者使大家都隨着音樂打起節奏，第八個節目表演時，全場鴉雀無聲，或許大家都和我一樣看不懂或看的入迷了吧！第九個節是歌曲串燒，不得不説的是前兩個女孩的聲音真是太好聽了，後來的街舞也是很吸引眼的。第十個節目是八班的話劇，不過可能是大家看了這麼久的節目疲勞了，也可能是話筒聲音比較小，台下的同學們一直在説話。《我的祖國和我》前半部分是朗誦，沒多少人在鼓掌，可後來一個女孩的獨唱卻贏來了觀眾們的陣陣掌聲。後來的歌曲劇、話劇《小豬佩奇》、歌曲《檸檬樹》，話劇《灰姑娘》、《荊軻刺秦王》，舞蹈《a good time》都得到了觀眾的一致好評。最難忘的是第十九個節目，有爵士舞、有歌唱，還有街舞和籃球，最後主持人還撒了糖。

通過這次英語節，我發現在英語方面，我的進步空間可能比天地間的距離還要長，還要長……
