話説“真話”on telling the truth
S1這些年來
These years (in recent years)，
“要敢講真話”，叫得很響,
“telling the truth” has become an increasingly hot topic，
S2從實際情況看
in fact (as a matter of matter)，
辨別真話還是有標準的。目前，我看至少有兩個。
There are at least two criteria (criterion) to distinguishthe truth.
S3一個是心裏怎麼想，口頭怎麼説，就叫真話。
One is to speak out what one thinks;
S3一個是，説的符合實際，不誇大，不縮小，沒有片面性，就叫講真話。
The other is to be in agreement with (in accord with; in line with) actual conditions. S4兩種標準，實際上是從兩種不同的意義上，或者説兩種不同層次上來談論“真話”的。但由此也便產生了倡言“講真話”時的歧義。
These two criteria may give rise to (result in) much misunderstanding.
S5看來（=因此），我們不能只停留在提倡“口心一致”的“真話”上，還要進一步提倡實事求是的“真話”。
Therefore (consequently), we’d better combine these two criteria together.
We should not only advocate the practice of saying what we think, but also the spirit of seeking the truth from facts.
S6當然，提倡追求真理的“真話”，並不否認講心裏話。
However (of course), the pursuit of the truth doesn’t contradict speaking out one’s mind.
