I am convinced that

e.g. I am convinced that you cannot study the mind solely by looking at the discipline of psychology. 我堅信，僅僅侷限於心理學學科的學習,是不可能讓你有能力去研究人類心理的。

hold

e.g. I hold the opinion that money we save now might be worthless in ten years time. 我認為我們現在存的錢過了十年或許變得毫無價值。

claim

e.g. While many people claim that they thrive in high-stress environments, others work best in some place that is relaxing and tranquil. 儘管很多人聲稱他們在高度緊張的環境下做得不錯, 其他人還是在放鬆和平靜的地方工作 得最好。
