Good morning,I amwlims, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX major is packaging i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend

several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

　　一、儘量少用"我"這個字眼

求職面試自我介紹中燕子是這樣表達的："我叫某某，畢業於某校某系我的特長是---我的愛好是---我---"一連串的"我"!説着説着，她發現面試官的臉色越來越難看。

分析：人們一般討厭把"我"字放在嘴邊，在自我介紹的開端如果連續三句都用"我"做開端面試官一般認為你是一個極端自私自利，自以為是的自我中心者。

出招：最好的辦法是，把"我"字開頭的話題，轉為你字開頭，"你想了解我的個人愛好，還是與工作有關的問題?"您説呢?你認為怎麼樣?等等

　　二、把好事留後頭

面試一開始，許多面試者就迫不及待的將自己的"光輝歷史"一一歷數，揚揚萬里。

分析：這不是明智的做法，容易給面試官一種自吹自擂，誇誇其談的感覺。

出招：好事應該留在後面説。儘量給人一種誠實謙虛的'印象，使面試官對你刮目相看。或者將之換作一個話題，引起面試官興趣，來主動問你。

　　三、給自己留條後

為了證明自己"對這個企業的價值"，作為一個剛從高校畢業的學生，燕子誇下海口："一年內，我能實現500萬的利潤!"

分析：殊不知，該企業業務比較分散，經驗豐富的市場人員，一年的業績能逾500萬者也寥寥無幾。面試管非常反感，問她"是否瞭解公司最近的動向"。"具體方案是什麼"，燕子張口結實。

出招：有些沒辦法確定的話題，先不要做出誇口。就是對自己能力有充分信心，也要有所保留，話不能説得太滿。

　　四、語言簡潔，語氣明快

燕子是這樣介紹自己的："我出生在海邊，那兒風景優美---"

分析：應試者經常以為，這樣的開頭，形象生動，會給面試官留下深刻印象。殊不知，透過羅嗦的語言，面試官會發現應試者缺乏概括能力，並且，連他提問的用意都理解不了。

出招：面試官不會想要了解你的成長經歷，他想知道的是，你是否適合這份工作。所以，語言儘量簡潔明快，要有條理性。千萬不要採用"浪漫主意"的描述手法。
