Now i will introduce myself briefly I am 26 years old,born in shandong province . I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time. In July 2003, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao use Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test use I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure. That’s all. Thank you for giving me the chance.

　　1. 清晰的表述

首先要自信並且淡定，面試面試，為什麼要見面，就是面試官要看見你的整體，不單單是聽你的表述，還要感受你的狀態以及精神面貌。所以面試説話的時候談吐自然，自信，不慌張是基本。我遇見很多朋友，他們説中文的'時候語速很正常，但是在説英語的時候不知道為什麼語速特別快，可能是因為緊張，也可能是因為不自信，當然還有一種可能是英語太流利。但是要知道語速快並不代表英語好，你説話最基本的是要保證對方能夠聽清楚，並且聽得懂。所以第一重要是表述要清晰，不要慌張，有話好好説。

　　2.克服緊張

如果你一説英語就緊張，那麼你就要多練習，找機會和和比你英語好的人練習，記住一定要找比你英語好的人練習，只有當對方英語比你好，你才會暴露你的緊張，從而學習克服緊張，也只有對方英語比你好才會發現你的錯誤。然後我悄悄地告訴你，HR的英語或許還沒有你好，他們並不是X東方的口語老師也不是雅思考官，所以你放心，只要你稍微花點心思，HR英語面試這關是可以戰略性搞定的。不過你只可以在心理上輕視，不可以在準備過程中輕視。
