Listening:教授不同意，逐條批駁完全給否了：
1. 降解只發生在特定條件下，而且很難meet所有的'條件：要暖，至少保持一週，沒有heat和moisture的話，要用和traditional plastic一樣長的時間才能降解;
2. 為了做biopolymers，要先種玉米等原料，而農業恰恰極為耗能而且污染環境(因為農民用農藥等化學物質);
3. 質量上會inferior,比如要儲存CD等東西，要durable，而biopolymers在heat和moisture下會降解，顯然不行

3. 因為有了這個法案，所以同時也提供了很多考古學者工作的機會。
