面試之前的準備工作：
1.面試前一定要搞清楚面試的內容
任何一個面試，都有一定的要求。這些要求，希望大家特別的注意。比如説時間方面，如果人家要求1分鐘的自我介紹，那麼你就要準備50－70秒的介紹詞為宜，如果是3分鐘，就要準備2分半到3分鐘為宜……還有就是要搞清楚面試對語言等方面的要求，比如説要不要英文介紹啊，會不會有英語提問什麼的，一定要有所準備。
2.對面試的評委要有一定的瞭解
保研這種面試，一般都會有不止一位評委，首先要弄清楚評委的人數，這也是有意義的。假設人家安排了10人以上，而你卻只認為有3-5人，估計一進門就會特別有壓力。（不過一般都會在6-8人左右）而最好要對評委有一定的瞭解，一般這些評委中有一個人是負責人，他會向你提出主要的問題，這些問題對你的分數影響較大。而同時，搞清楚各個評委的身份的好處還在於，如果人家問你一個專業問題，而人家又是這方面的專家，千萬不要瞎扯，知之為知之。
3.正視簡歷的作用
可以的話，面世之前一定要打印一分個人簡歷，一般以1頁為宜。因為評委們沒有太多的時間，所以如果可能的話，儘量在一頁紙上充分的展示自己，讓人在短短數秒之間就能瞭解到你的特點。就算人家不看，估計也會感受到你的誠意，對你的印象分有幫助哦！
面試時要注意的：
1.注意你的穿着
有一句最最最俗的話叫“人靠衣粧馬靠鞍，狗配鈴鐺跑的歡”，面試時的穿着的確對你會有一定的影響，一套得體的衣服無疑會增添你的印象分。當然，在學校裏，沒有必要搞的特別正式，沒有必要西裝革履，打個領帶，整個髮型什麼的。但是，切記不可太隨便，有的同學拿着水壺，揹着書包，下身穿個短褲，上身穿個球服什麼的，趿拉着拖鞋，好像上一刻還在中二什麼地方上自習呢，而且準備面試完了接着去上。這顯然給人一種不重視對方的感覺，顯然是不行的。
2.注意你的舉止
人的舉止最容易反應一個人的素養，進門前的敲門啊，進入後的關門啊，自我介紹之前的問候啊，傳遞物品時用雙手啊，説話用敬語啊……都是一個人舉止的反應，良好的舉止顯示了良好的修養，更能給你帶來豐厚的回報。
3.誠實守信
還是那句話，知之為知之，不知為不知，是知也。一個理工學科的人，最重要的就是這一點。千萬不可弄虛作假，虛情假意，這是最讓人討厭的。當然，這種面試，專業的知識應該不是很多，但是如果人家問到，一定要如實回答。
4.千萬不要過分緊張，要懂得調節氣氛
緊張是必然的，但是千萬不要過分的緊張，導致你説不出話或者大腦反應遲鈍就不好了，這樣的話，即使你做了很多的工作，但是由於你無法充分的表達，也很難受到別人的重視。當你緊張的時候，一定要學會緩解緊張的方法，比如自嘲什麼的，你的鎮定自若才能充分的展現你的才華和風度。
5.不要冷場，不要過分的追求問題的答案
這種面試，一般都會問你一些對某些事情的看法，比如你為什麼要讀研啊？還有的就是通過你的自我介紹，比如説你喜歡古典音樂，人家可能就會問你對古典音樂的理解啊，什麼是古典音樂啊？這些問題都沒有正確答案的，關鍵你要言之成理。最好要有一套自己的體系，始終圍繞着自己的體系來闡述問題，這樣就能把別人的提問變成對自己的充分展示了。所以，有的時候學些哲學還是很有用的。
6.最好可以開啟一個話題
如果可能的話，開啟一個話題讓別人來參加討論，這樣你就會立於不敗之地，通過話題來闡述自己，得到別人的認同，同時也可以活躍氣氛，不讓現場冷場。
7.注意時間
任何人的面試都是有時間限制的，在規定的時間內闡述了你想闡述的內容就足夠了，不要有太多的奢望，當然，如果人家願意跟你多交流的話，當然是求之不得的了。
最後，我想説一下寫這些東西的原因，這些大多是我對保研面試的理解，不一定很貼切，但我想把我的想法與大家交流，在交流中才能有進步與提高。另外，感受到我們身邊的好多同學都是如此的優秀，但是就是因為沒有能夠充分的展示自己而失去了許多的機會，我感到特別的惋惜。難道我們真的就比別人差嗎？不是的，只因為我們沒有機會去鍛鍊自己，沒有勇氣去表達自己的想法，希望我們的學弟學妹們能夠抓住這次機會，勇敢的超越自我，為了以後取得更大的成就而努力！

英語問題一般不會問專業的問題，都是比較簡單的一些，像如，介紹一下你的家鄉，家裏的人 你的愛好 不上課時你平時做些什麼。。。之類的，問題你肯定能聽得懂，就看你怎麼回答了
面試一般五分鐘到數十分鐘不等，一般有多位老師面試，包括自己所報考的老師。對方老師問的專業問題一般由淺到深，內容可能較為專，但是準備的時候必須適應面廣。面試時切忌緊張，應該放好心態，從容回答問題，達到正常發揮。
1、如果面試老師問的問題較難怎麼辦?
儘自己所知道的且正確的知識去回答，並且發散性思維推廣，從而一可以避免陷入高難度較專的題目，二可以表現出自己較為均衡的能力。到了回答不出來的時候就稱遜並打住，切忌自己亂編而回答，因為對方老師都是內行，一眼就能看出所答的是否真實。
2、如果面試老師提問，自己沒有學過怎麼辦?
直説沒有學過，對方一般能理解。但是最好在準備階段能廣泛涉獵一下，在面試時可以講一下自己在這個方面的理解。不能不懂裝懂。
3、怎麼樣在面試的時候變被動為主動?
在對方老師提問後，自己沿着這個問題反問老師，逐漸到研究前沿部分，讓老師告訴自己他們研究的進展以及現在遇到的'問題。這樣，讓面試過程由“老師向你提問”變成“你向老師提問”，有兩個好處，一是避免陷入自己不知道的知識點;二是讓老師覺得自己思考能力突出。
4、英語面試怎麼辦?
首先，準備一分鐘的自我介紹，作為開場白(提前準備並把稿詞背下來)。然後，在複習時多多複習專業英語。面試時放好心態，調節語速就可以了。
5、如何調整面試氣氛?
對於老師的提問，盡所能深入淺出地回答。並可以在有限的時間內插一點點科學史的的趣話。例如：回答了牛頓三大定律，可以順便説句“牛頓在研究的時候，曾經把懷錶當雞蛋放入鍋裏煮”
