Leisure activities, in my life, than what all important, whether it is up the mountain and the sea, can become my leisure activities. Stretch bones and muscles, into the nature, it is enough to forget the buried in the heart already a long time of depression. Playing badminton, playing the diabolo, riding a bicycle... , a variety of choice, also can abort the worry, tear off worries, by pressure.

休闲活动，在我的.生活中，比什么都重要，无论是上山下海，都可以成为我的休闲活动。伸展一下筋骨，投入大自然，这足以忘掉埋在心中已久的低气压。打一下羽毛球，玩一下扯铃，骑一会儿脚踏车……，种种的选择，也可以打掉烦恼，扯掉心事，骑走压力。

我的休闲活动，包括了读书以外的所有项目，休闲活动，丰富了我的生活，为我的生活添上了色彩。
