很開心也很幸運能夠有機會回我的母校寶應中學進行我的教育實習,在這短短的兩個月的實習時間裏,我學到了很多很多在大學裏學不到的東西,真正地嚐到了當教師的苦與樂,也深深體會到教師肩上重大的責任。在這兩個月裏,我的身份不僅僅是一位實習老師,也是一名來學校學習的實習學生,這樣的一種雙重身份讓我更加註意自己的言行舉止以及儀表態度:能夠從學生的角度出發,本着以學生為主體的思想,做好學科教學和班主任的日常工作;也能夠虛心向我的指導老師學習學科教學以及班主任工作的方法與敬業精神,在完成我們的實習任務的同時收穫更多有價值有意義的知識與經驗

聽課兩個多星期後,我開始了我實習的上課階段,第一節課是在11班上的對自由落體運動的研究,因為是第一次真正地站在講台上,是特別的緊張,之前做了很多的準備,認真地寫了教案,還借了教室進行試講。課後,蔡老師跟我進行了交流,對我的第一節課表示了肯定,也給了我很大的`信心,當然也有不少的不足,特別是與學生交流這一塊,因為在寶中新的模式之下更加註重老師與學生之前的互動交流,而且在傳統模式下也是非常重要的。在與蔡老師交流之後修改了之前的教案。在之後的幾節課中,有了點進步,蔡老師也提了很多的建議,在共點力作用下物體的平衡這節課中,我對知識點的把握還不夠,沒有很深入的理解和運用課本的知識,蔡老師還跟我講了他自己對這節課的思路和理解,讓我受益匪淺。

在班級管理這塊,指導老師也給了我非常多的建議和意見,讓我明白了一個班級的管理制度是非常重要的,蔡老師用了兩節班會課制定以及強調了班級的規章制度。還有在跟學生交流時,一定要讓學生多講自己的想法而不是自己講很多,讓學生根本沒法接受,讓學生體會到老師是真心為了他好,能夠讓學生自己領悟到很多道理,而不是通過老師的灌輸。
