聽課兩個多星期後，我開始了我實習的上課階段，第一節課是在11班上的對自由落體運動的研究，因為是第一次真正地站在講台上，是特別的緊張，之前做了很多的準備，認真地寫了教案，還借了教室進行試講。課後，蔡老師跟我進行了交流，對我的第一節課表示了肯定，也給了我很大的`信心，當然也有不少的不足，特別是與學生交流這一塊，因為在寶中新的模式之下更加註重老師與學生之前的互動交流，而且在傳統模式下也是非常重要的。在與蔡老師交流之後修改了之前的教案。在之後的幾節課中，有了點進步，蔡老師也提了很多的建議，在共點力作用下物體的平衡這節課中，我對知識點的把握還不夠，沒有很深入的理解和運用課本的知識，蔡老師還跟我講了他自己對這節課的思路和理解，讓我受益匪淺。

在班級管理這塊，指導老師也給了我非常多的建議和意見，讓我明白了一個班級的管理制度是非常重要的，蔡老師用了兩節班會課制定以及強調了班級的規章制度。還有在跟學生交流時，一定要讓學生多講自己的想法而不是自己講很多，讓學生根本沒法接受，讓學生體會到老師是真心為了他好，能夠讓學生自己領悟到很多道理，而不是通過老師的灌輸。
