由女工部與留學部擬定關於活動時間地點及參與方式的通知，交 由宣傳部製作宣傳海報，在全校範圍內張貼宣傳。

4 活動形式：

本次活動將在全校舉辦，以保證我們參加本次大賽稿件的廣泛性。後請參賽選手按照規定的截稿日期將稿件交給女工部或留學部辦公室。
