一、教材分析：
1、教材的內容和作用：本單元圍繞談論有關令人尷尬的事情來學會使用過去完成時態的用法、構成，掌握時態與句中相應的時間狀語或上下文所涉及到的時間有着直接的關係，在學習本單元語言知識的'同時，也能夠了解有關西方兒童的生活習慣。Reading部分增加了有關英語發展變化的知識，注意一些常用的英語表達方式不同的用法，同時進一步鞏固和加強過去完成時的正確運用。
2、知識目標：
理解並掌握過去完成時，同時正確區別一般過去時與現在完成時及過去完成時。
