考研複試面試成功的指南攻略

對於已經落榜或走入調劑小路的考生來説，能進入複試的你們是多麼的幸運，起跑已然超前，我們需要做好充分準備。小編為大家精心準備了考研複試闖關必備的指南，歡迎大家前來閲讀。

第一、“分數”只是參考　關鍵還要看“表現”

複試一般會按照1：2甚至更高的比例開始，像985.211院校複試線肯定會很高，如果大家報的校外的導師，一定不要以為分數高就有把握，分數低就沒戲(我考研那一年老闆就放棄380分數的一個考生，因為他複試太爛了，而選擇了一個320多的剛過線的考生。)所以，如果你參加了複試，就一定要重新按照考研的精氣神準備，否則你可能是分母。所以複試的關鍵就是看你的準備程度。

第二、“導師”情況是關鍵

面對大多數的考生，老闆有他自己的決定權，按照比重排序分別是“保送--院校--是否有推薦--知根知底(實習過)--複試成績(動手能力及對專業的熱愛)”，所以按照這個思路，你要弄清楚你的老闆名額還有幾個?

問題

是否保送已經佔滿?

參加複試的比你強的院校有多少?

是否有老闆傾向的研究生?

他的研究方向和熱點?

他喜歡什麼樣的學生?

你的動手能力如何?

以上這些問題，而這都是取決與你能否成功的標準，所以大家不妨現在檢查一個表格，把這些問題在複試前面搞清楚。

舉一個極端的例子吧，我的一個學生當年跨專業從生物考傳媒大學的時候跨專業考試，考研分數排名第一，同時他複試成績也是第一，因為在他複試前，這些方面的問題他搞的很清楚。

第三、“師兄”是卧底

每年複試基本上都有一個套路，不同專業的複試有權重，考實驗什麼?考英文什麼?什麼是筆試?什麼是口試，什麼樣的實驗?這些你知道嗎?

如果你不知道，那好，去找你考研老闆的最近兩年考的研究生，問問他們是怎麼考上的，有什麼權重，通過這些輔導，我相信你可以瞭解60%以上的複試內容。

所以報考本校的同學啊，你們現在現成的資源，一定要利用上，趕緊和研究生學長聯繫吧，我相信他們會給於你們幫助的，大不了提我的'名字。

考外校的同學，厚着臉皮去找吧，我知道你有些膽怯，但是對於考上和臉皮，你選擇什麼呢?

第四、“練習”是關鍵

對於理工科，肯定需要的實驗動手能力強，重點院校的學生會有優勢，所以回想一下你們的科研立項和畢業論文，應該很好檢起來，那麼對於你們的口試和筆試這裏呢?沒有什麼辦法，就是練習。

對於其他同學找你們宿舍的同學，讓他假扮面試老師，你要至少練習三遍你的自我介紹(包括英文介紹，要求不能出現卡殼。)同時準備幾個英文翻譯(怎麼找，找那些，問師兄把)，給我讀透了(大方向普及的英文文章，以及老闆研究方向的文章都要)。把考研複試像大學聯考前模考一樣練習，你就成功了一半。

第五、“忠誠”是保障

有些學生面試失敗，不是因為他不優秀，而是因為他不踏實，想象一個老闆，在同等水平的學生錢，更希望的是選擇一個什麼樣的學生呢?(除去長相?)

那就是你對專業的熱愛和忠誠。這個印象會給你增加一個很大的分數。(心理學有一個現象叫“暈輪效應”，就是一個好的印象會自然你的正面影響面試者其他方面的表現”。)

這些，再加上你對專業的熟悉程度，是給你的一個很好的保障，如果你實在點背沒有選上，但是你的忠誠度很高的話，我相信每年的幾個破格名額或者老師給你推薦到另外一個地方的幸運也會降臨到你的身上。

▶切忌誇張的肢體動作

面試時適當的手勢能幫助你更好地闡釋自己的觀點，不過動作太過活潑、誇張則會給人留下不穩重的印象。因此，面試時應以平穩、平實的態度為原則。

▶切忌蹺二郎腿或兩手交叉於胸前

不停地輪換交叉雙腿，是不耐煩的表現，而一直蹺着二郎腿則會讓面試官覺得你沒有禮貌。如果再把兩手交叉放在胸前，那就表達出了拒絕或否決的心情。因此，參加面試時一定要注意坐姿端正，雙腳平放，放鬆心情。

▶切忌邊説話邊拽衣角

面談時，由於緊張或不適應，無意間會拽衣角或擺弄鈕釦。這個小動作很容易讓人看出你的緊張焦慮，給人留下不成熟、浮躁的印象。

▶切忌撥弄頭髮

頻繁用手拂拭額前的頭髮，會透露出你的敏感和神經質，還會令人產生不被尊重的感覺。為避免這種習慣影響到面試的結果，建議申請者最好將長髮紮起來，或將頭髮梳理整齊，這樣既顯得精神又能避免不經意間撥弄頭髮。

▶切忌不停地看錶

不論是在面談或與人交談時，不停地看時間，會讓人產生壓迫感。因此，應試者要把握好時間，千萬不要頻繁看錶。

▶切忌眼神飄忽

面試時兩眼到處亂瞄，容易讓人覺得這是一位沒有安全感、對任何事都不抱有信任感的應試者。最好的方法是面帶微笑，眼睛看着談話者，同時頭微微傾斜。

怎麼將專業術語整合在自我介紹中：

辦法2：挑選一個熟悉的，用自己的經歷簡述：The cutting-edge technology focuses on 自己會的術語. Its guideline is like this: A company needs a powerful machine, and wants to lower its cost. So as an engineer, I tried to put some out-of-date equipment and servers together. To do so, I had to use some integrated technology, for example, (用簡寫和代碼代替：VM, WWK and AMX). 現在的前沿技術是…，其基本設想為，公司處於成本節約，將一些即將淘汰的、低配置的設備或者服務器通過軟件技術以邏輯的形式進行整合、以得到一台功能強大的高性能計算機，這樣做，就必須運用合成技術，如…

辦法3：不提理論，説自己的職責：The team had to work round the clock and checked it up from time to time. In this way, the whole system wouldn’t crash. Other feedback mechanism includes術語(如一些常用的設備或者零部件名稱：如servers, data base as well as hard disc)

如果碰到不熟悉的怎麼辦?

直接説“我不清楚”就可以了，別硬撐着：In this process, I’m in charge of the maintenance of servers. So my knowledge in 不熟悉的領域is limited. Sorry, it is difficult for me to say more. But I know that it is important, and it is my plan to keep track of its latest trend. In this way, I can improve my analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially during my postgraduate studies.由於我在這個工作過程中主要負責服務器維，其他領域的知識有涉及，但是不熟悉，但是我也逐漸意識到它在專業中的重要性，尤其是在我讀研期間。

改專業怎麼説：

改專業：I show keen interest in the law studies, the commercial and economic laws in particular, even though my major is Economics. You might ask me why, well, let’s tell you like this. Economics are too abstract, full of terms, far away from the real world. I don’t mean that economics is useless, and I don have nothing against it. But law studies seem more challenging, and promising for my future career. My plan is like this: start my work in a law firm and work as a lawyer so that I can try my best to help the clients, who they’re and where they’re from, whether they’re rich or poor. Good morning (afternoon), my dear professors.

I am much honored to be here for your interview. My name is …, 23 years old. City born and city bred, I come from PDS, the lovely hometown for me.

My undergraduate period has accomplished in July 2012. After graduated from the … Department of …University, I have been working in the …as a physician for about half a year. And now, I am trying my best for a key to your esteemed university.

Generally, in my view, I am a hard working student. Although my understanding on medicine was vague when I was accepted by a medical college four years ago, I knew that it was a serious subject and was closely related to human lives. So I worked hard to keep a high level of academic standards and won the scholarship several times.

1) My name is …:不妨説成：My name is …. You can call me Alex, that’s my English name. Now let me introduce myself first(這不廢話嗎?可是如果演技好，您已經耗了十五秒了)

2) 我有點兒緊張：就是這麼想的也不要這麼説，可以説：Well, give me a second. Let me put it in this way.

3) 我的專業是：My major is …用得太多了，換個I’m doing a degree in …

4) 我很幸運：我輔導學生的時候，不大願意讓他們説I’m lucky，而希望他們説成：I’m glad to have a chance to work with many talented classmates and noted professors here.

5) 我要説的就這麼些了：Thank you for listening. Now I’d love to answer your questions.

2、 套話和“奇葩”:可以挑着説，但是要實事求是，死記硬背的後果是很幽默的

1) 俺當過班長：I worked as the class monitor and help teachers handle with class affairs(不知道如果連續五個複試者都是班長，誰是排長?)

2) 俺是學生會主席：From 2005 to 2007, I was the president of Campus Painting Association, in charge of compiling rules of the association.(全是主席，哪是誰副主席?)

3) 俺積極參與了…：I’m also a participant of a wide range of campus activities.(您不是主席兼職班長嗎，怎麼突然又成“跟班兒”了呢?)

4) 俺唱過紅歌：説這個只能説您經常考研，太不瞭解國內時事了… sing the revolutionary songs

5) 做過村官給村長提過建議：這個嘛….，給縣委書記提建議還差不多，work as a village official, my job duty is to give professional advice to the village master(secretary in the County Committee)

6) 我的成績是全優：I got straight As. I study hard to keep an average GPA of 4.2 and a position within the top 3 percent of my class.(您不是全優嗎?怎麼平均分又4.2啦?前後不一致啊，選一句吧!)

7) 在英語演講比賽中得過一等獎：I won the First Prize in the English Speaking Contest.(即使是二等獎，那您的語音也得過得去吧?)

8) 三好學生：three good student是“三個好學生”的意思(單複數還用錯了)、姑且用Three Merits Student撮合着吧，其實用Excellent student誰都聽得懂。

9) 俺考碩士是為了獲得理論知識、培養分析問題解決問題的能力、或者職業知識：I apply for the Master Degree in order to obtain theoretical knowledge, improve independent thinking and get professional knowledge.(好像大學聯考也可以這麼説、本科也可以這麼説、考博也可以這麼説)

10) 俺要融入社會、得到機會、發展事業：I want to fit into society, obtain opportunities, and further my career.(真實的想法是：我想買車、買房、找美女成家，可是你又沒法這麼説。)

11) 俺想在這個大學學習：最好別説I have a strong desire to study here，也別説To study here is my dream, 怎麼聽怎麼想“求您收下我吧”，不如説成：The competitive environment here will give me daily boost to the practical skills and professional knowledge.

12) 我比較喜歡：…is my favorite的效果不如…is my preference.

面試其實就是展示自己的機會、多談些專業的感受、比説這些更有價值，偶爾説兩句還可以，全背就沒有什麼意義了。
