I LOVE ENGLISH
Dear teacher and classmates:
I am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! This time, I'd like to talk something about English.
I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.
On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.
I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol. Of course, I want to go to London too, because England is where English language developed. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge university, I will be very happy.
I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I'll introduce China to them, such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and Anshan. I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
讓感恩永存心間
“感恩的心，感謝有你，伴我一生，讓我有勇氣做我自己。”有人説，感恩是人的天性。當我們偶然來到這個世界上，什麼都還沒來得及做的時候，我們就已經開始享受前人帶給我們物質和精神上的一切成果了。這就提醒着我們每一個人，要懷有一顆感恩的心。感恩的心讓所有的人知道感恩，但是，有很多人卻並不會感恩。許多自私的人只知道一味索取。
有一位母親，含辛茹苦地撫養大一個兒子，但兒子卻迷上了一個美麗妖嬈的女子，不能自拔。有一天，這個女子對他説：“我需要一顆富有愛的心滋補我，你如果愛我，就把你母親的心帶來給我。”當晚男子就捧着他母親的心趕往女子那裏。這可是生他養他的母親的心啊。他穿過森林時，不慎被樹枝絆倒，當他爬起來跑過去捧起那顆心時，一個充滿温柔且心疼的聲音響起：“兒啊！你摔疼了嗎？”此時，男子才醒悟，他抱着母親的心痛苦不堪。
失去了，才懂得珍惜，這不是無知而是極大的不孝！父母是最疼我們的人啊，心能隨意的挖嗎？若是我們哪怕有一絲的不舒服，何止是心，父母願意為我們付出一切！他們寧可是自己生病，自己承受痛苦，他們希望的只是兒女們平安、長大成人——
心中有感恩的你們，真的願意父母為了自己而失去生命嗎？姥姥去世的時侯，媽媽的一句話讓我真真切切地知道什麼失去，什麼是遺憾，她説：“世界上最疼我的人不在了。”
所以，請不要再盲目了，從現在開始，讓感恩永存心間，讓生命充滿愛，不要讓愛留有遺憾。我的朋友們，讓我們懷着感恩的心面向世界吧！讓我們懷着感恩的心對待我們的生活吧！只要我們對生活充滿感恩之心，充滿希望與熱情，我們的精神家園將永遠年輕

I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all. 一些人説“我們正在讀一本無窮的書中的第一章的第一節。”我不知道誰寫了這些話，但是我一直很喜歡它，因為它提醒了我，我們能夠創造我們想要的未來。 我們都是農夫。如果我們播下好的種子，我們將會豐收。如果我們的種子很差，有很多草籽，收割的將是無用的莊稼。如果我們什麼也不播種，什麼收穫也沒有。
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

youth
youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .
youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.
years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whats next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart theres a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of
cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

Can money buy happiness?Different people have different think yes,while others 2
hold the opposite.
It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants,and live a life of comfort and ver,it is equally true that lack of money causes great is a common view that "money is the root of all evil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and some places there is nothing that cannot be bought with money,resulting in corrupt societies where everybody is miserable.
So,money does not necessarily mean all depends on how it is we make honest and sensible use of money,it can be a stepping-stone to happiness l Although money cannot buy happiness,it can make happiness possible if it is employed sensibly.
