其實我沒有高大身材,也沒健壯肌肉,天生不屬於運動型的人。幾年來能夠堅持下來,因為我的背後有一個團隊,有着強大團隊的力量,在這裏,非常感謝我們的晨跑隊,長期以來,我們相互鼓勵着,一起流汗,共同享受着健康帶來的`快樂。比如這次幾位跑友為了維持秩序,未能參加萬米跑,而他們卻時刻關心着兄弟們狀況,及時通報名次和時間,給我們帶來了信心和勇氣。同時,也來於自己內心的渴望和執着的追求,為了一個健康的體魄,曾為自己的晨跑寫過許多日誌,以此來為自己加油、鼓勁。??
