H7N9 is a new flu virus,which was founded in Shanghai and An’hui province to now,there has been no vaccine to fight against the investigation,scientists have found that the gene of H7N9 influenza virus comes from the genetic recombination of Wild birds from Northeast Asia and chicken in Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jiangsu province.
H7N9,H stands for Hemagglutinin that can be divided into 15 Subtypes, N stands for Neuraminidase that consists of 9 uenza viruses of all human beings can cause the poultry infected, but not all of the influenza virus of poultry can infect humans. In influenza viruses, H3, H5, H7, H9 can be transmitted to humans, H5 is highly pathogenic. H3 can infect dogs and humans.H7N9 previously only found in poultry and found no extraordinary infection. About the biological characteristics of the virus ,virulence and spread of power, there is no basis for analysis and judgment.
H7N9’s incubation period is generally less than 7
days. Patients generally present flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough with little phlegm, and may be associated with headache, muscle aches, and general malaise. Patients with severe progression of the disease, manifested as severe pneumonia, the body temperature most of the last 39 or more, difficulty in breathing, and may be associated with hemoptysis; rapidly progressive acute respiratory distress syndrome, mediastinal emphysema, sepsis, shock, disturbance of consciousness and acute kidney injury.
The source of infection is not quite clear, but based on past experience and the epidemiological investigation, it suggests that the source of carrying the H7N9 virus may exist in poultry and poultry secretions or excretions.
For transmission.,it can spread through the respiratory tract, but also through close contact with infected birds secretions or excretions such as infection, direct exposure to the virus can also be infected. Now there is no interaction between the spread of conclusive evidence.
As for susceptible populations.,there is no definitive evidence to suggest that the susceptibility of human H7N9 . Existing confirmed cases are mainly adults.
The high-risk groups are the people who are mainly engaged in poultry production, sales, slaughter and processing industry, as well as 1 week before the onset of contact with birds.

Thirdly,when we eat eggs or chicken,please guarantee that they are cooked thoroughly.

On the research,scientists find that garlic,aloes,mushroom,tomatoes and carrots can improve our immune against H7N9.

Two more cases of H7N9 bird flu virus have been detected in Zhejiang province, including a man who died last week, authorities said on Wednesday.
浙江省衞生廳週三發佈通報，該省確診2例人感染H7N9禽流感病例，其中1名患者已於上週死亡。
The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that a 38-year-old patient surnamed Hong from Hangzhou, the provincial capital, who died in hospital on March 27, had the virus.
中國疾病預防控制中心證實，浙江省省會杭州市1名38歲姓洪的病人於3月27日病故，據檢測他有感染H7N9禽流感病毒。
Hong was infected on March 7 while working in neighboring Jiangsu province. He returned home on March 18, according to the Zhejiang health department.

The other patient, surnamed Yang, is a 67-year-old man. He developed a cough and fever on March 25 and was admitted to hospital on Tuesday.

None of the people who came into close contact with the patients have developed symptoms of the flu, the health department said.

齊魯晚報週三報道，山東省疾控中心主任醫師王顯軍表示，H7N9病毒對達菲等神經氨酸酶抑制劑類藥物敏感。
There are no effective vaccines for H7N9 as yet, Wang said, but using Tamiflu may be effective in the early stages.
