是人類自身的健康!科技的高速發展在給人類帶來快樂的同時也給人類的生存健康帶來了不可輕視的影響。自然環境的不斷惡化，人口的快速膨脹，人類生存競爭的壓力越來越大，造成了人與自然的不協調、人與人的不協調、人自身的不協調，這三大不協調無不對人類身心健康帶來巨大影響。
在日常生活中，人們都知道愛護自己的面孔和雙手，因為它們"拋頭露面"，故倍加修飾和護養。人們也知道保護自己的內臟器官，因為它們為身體的中樞，人們更知道，頭腦很重要，不能受傷，因為它是人體的司令部，指揮機關。無論它們當中的哪一部分出現故障，都會導致疾病的發生。而對於人體最底層的腳部，因距內臟、頭腦甚遠，故一般不予重視。人們並不知道，腳是人的第二心臟，在腳部底密集着許多神經末梢和微細血管，也滿布着眾多的植物神經。植物神經由交感神經和副交感神經組成，它具有調節心臟機能，平縮肌肉和腺體(消化腺，汗腺和部分內分泌腺)的功能。交感神經對上述功能有興奮作用。副交感神經正好相反，具有抑制作用。
以文學事件出現在人們面前的“80後”，現在已經成為需要從社會角度關注的話題。...這個話題之所以重要，是因為它所表現的正是我們如何面對未來的問題，也凸顯了當下全球化和市場化的過程中，年輕人帶來的深刻社會變化。
