1、自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，並向所有的面試人員(如果有多個面試考官的話)示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉過來後才開始。

2、注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規定了時間，一定要注意時間的.掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過於簡短。

3、介紹的內容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經歷、時間等東西上，因為這些在你的簡歷表上已經有了，你應該更多的談一些跟你所應聘職位有關的工作經歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實有能力勝任你所應聘的工作職位。

4、在作自我簡介時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處遊離，顯得漫不經心的樣子，這會給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉睛。再就是儘量少加一些手的輔助動作，因為這畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態也是很重要的。

5、在自我介紹完後不要忘了道聲謝謝，有時往往會因此影響考官對你的印象。
