Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.

有些人感覺他們整天都忙個不停,但是他們還是有好多事情要做。看起來時間永遠不夠用。我們怎樣才能合理的利用時間呢?在我看來,有幾點建議可供大家參考。

First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it’s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don’t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. You’ll find you have more time to do the things you want.

首先,我們應該為自己今天要做的事情列一張表。最重要的是要記住先做那些緊急的事情。其次,要專心。對於年輕人來説,他們也許缺乏自控能力,很容易被其他事情分神。因此,按照單子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事,就不做其他的閒事。最後,早上起得早一點。你會發現你能有更多的時間來做你想做的事。

In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept, I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly, my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy, so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of myself.

昨晚,我吃了很多事物,比如肯德基和冰淇淋,在睡覺前,我吃了一些在冰箱裏面的'冷食物。半夜裏,我覺得胃疼得厲害,我的家人被吵醒了,他們把我送到了醫院。看過了醫生以後,醫生告訴我吃了太多的東西,而且,吃的都是不健康的食物,因此我的胃才會那麼疼。打從那時起,我意識到自己不能經常吃垃圾食品,我應該保持健康的飲食。現在我的飲食很健康,我不會在睡覺前吃很多東西,我的身體變得健康。早上,我吃了一個雞蛋,確保我吸收足夠的營養。即使當我看到很誘惑的垃圾食品時,我也毫不猶豫地説不。我為自己感到自豪。
