And we should wash our hands before meals and drink enough boiled water every day. It’s necessary for our health.

Don’t forget to wash your hands before meals. Secondly it’s necessary for us to take exercise. Exercise will keep us active and strong. Thirdly I think staying up is bad for our health. If we can’t get enough sleep. We may have a headache. We should go to bed early and get up early. Lastly listen to music or chatting can also make us feel relaxed.
