看書。為了能讓自己看一些有益的書,我早早的來到書店。書店裏的書各種各樣,我挑選了一些我愛看的書,把家裏的書櫃裝得滿滿的。這樣就不怕沒書看了。我又跑到文具店裏買了一本厚厚的、漂亮的筆記本,在寒假裏,我一定要把它寫得滿滿的。

運動。運動是健康的來源,可以加強我們的心肺功能;可以幫助我們防止骨質疏鬆;可以緩和並控制我們的情緒……每天運動三小時,鍛鍊自己的身體。跳繩、踢毽、短跑、長跑……每天做一項運動,讓自己的身體變得更健康。

幫爸爸媽媽做一些力所能及的事。幫媽媽洗洗碗、掃掃地,在媽媽感到勞累時,給媽媽泡一杯茶,讓媽媽休息一會,代替媽媽做會兒。爸爸白天工作累了,回到家,給爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……
