I often read books, do housework and play sports on the weekend. But last Sunday was my grandma’s birthday. So I bought presents for my grandma on Saturday morning. I gt a 90% in Chinese last seester, but this seester is a lt harder. Even teacher Pan in Plitical stud is pressuring us,we had ur hardest hwr in an nths esterda. Math is still relativel siple at this pint. Math is the easiest subect fr e because I a gd with lgic. Hpefull I can get straight excellents again this seester.

開學了，英語老師笑顏如花地走進教室，她在講台上站了一會兒後，大聲地宣佈：“從今天開始，我們的英語課要添加一個特定的節目，”英語老師故意賣關子，同學們屏息凝神，顯然對接下來英語老師要説什麼很感興趣。“就是表演！”英語老師的話真是一個bigsurprise！

今天，就是我們期盼已久的表演了。

我們要表演的課文內容是Ben去看病。

王越演Ben，我演他的媽媽，杜濤演醫生。

我緊張極了，這可是我人生中的第一次演戲。英語組長於晴拎着她準備的道具，走了上來。台下的同學們都萬分期待，她拿出一件女式白襯衫，給杜濤這個大男生穿上，可是釦子總是扣不上，因為杜濤太胖了，頓時，班上一片鬨堂大笑。

好不容易穿上了，我們三人搬着椅子坐在講台桌邊準備就緒，于晴又拿出一頂足有30釐米的白色紙帽子，説：“醫生怎麼可以沒有帽子呢！”她給杜濤戴上，班上又一陣大笑，因為這活脱脱是一頂廚師帽啊！英語老師也忍不住笑了起來。于晴的袋子裏簡直是個百寶箱，她拿出一個聽診器，還拿出一個病歷本，一把筆，一根體温計，一瓶水，每拿出一樣，班上的笑聲就此起彼伏，連綿不斷。

我們這組是脱稿背誦對話內容，現在，我緊張的心情得以放鬆，順溜地背出了對話。總之來説，這次表演很順利。

在大家的歡聲笑語中，表演就這樣結束了，我們組得了第一。在這樣的氛圍下學習，我相信我們班的成績一定會越來越好的！

畢業後我登上了講台，成為了一名國小英語教師。每天上班都面對着熱情朝氣，充滿期待的`孩子。看着他們天真無暇的面孔，看着他們渴望求職的炙熱的目光，還有那信任和敬仰的神情，我愛上了教師這個職業。我的使命感、責任感、緊迫感和自豪感一起湧來，縈繞心間，化作一股動力，激勵着我不斷追求着，為成為一名具有人格魅力的教師而努力。

“教書育人”是我們教師的使命。我們既要教書，又要育人。而第斯多惠説過“教學的藝術不在於傳授本領，而在於關於激勵、喚醒、鼓舞。”我對此深有體會。鄉鎮的教學工作，單單去研究如何進行教學還不行，我們更多的是主動積極地去爭取家庭教育和學校教育的緊密聯繫，家長的教育意識畢竟不如城裏的家長。而對於學生，我們更多的要給予關愛，尤其是一些比較“野”的學生，不容忽略某一個學生，要獨具慧眼地發現他們身上的潛能，鼓勵他們不斷主動探索，發揚民主精神。

在學生中樹立良好的教師形象，讓學生敬畏你。這算是成功了一半。既讓學生敬佩你，同時又畏懼你，可不是一件很容易的事情。前幾年，由於自己是年輕一線的老師，缺乏經驗，教學成績又不是很突出，雖然工作總是兢兢業業，可是在學生心目中，我總是不能讓學生像敬仰威望很高的同事那樣敬仰我。去年，我所任教的三年級的英語三率都居級組第一，一下子傳開後，校內校外都能看到很多信任和讚賞的目光。本學期接任了一個基礎很差的班級，因為有了好的教學成績學生都很服我，在教學中，我嚴格要求他們，樹立自己的威性，果然期末考試中收到了我意想不到的效果。
