Virtually everyone has their own dreams, however, it is not easy to find their place in this competitive society. This requires us to have the extraordinary quality and comprehensive scientific and cultural knowledge. One of the most important is to have self-knowledge and can very well position ourselves.

My profession is Environmental Engineering ,but under the current situation the employment rate is very low. It is more difficult to find a job in the environmental monitoring station or designing institute. So I would like to do something beyond my profession. be honest, I want to be a marketing staff . On the one hand to expand my insight, on the other hand exercise my eloquence. Life should have the courage to imagine and the courage to have taken the first step in career. Human life is a continuous learning process step by step, To be a marketing staff can better contact with all sectors of society so that I can adapt to the social earlier. I choose my first job on a realistic basis. Work without good or bad, as long as able to achieve self-worth.

幾乎每個人都有自己的夢想,但是,它是不容易找到他們的地方在這個競爭激烈的社會。這需要我們有非凡的品質和全面的科學文化知識。最重要的是有自知之明,可以很好地定位自己。

我的專業是環境工程,但在當前形勢下,就業率很低。更難找到工作在環境監測站或設計院。所以我想做一些超出我的職業。。老實説,我想成為一名銷售人員。一方面擴大我的洞察力,另一方面鍛鍊我的口才。生活應該有勇氣去想象和勇氣的第一步工作。一步一步人生是一個不斷學習的過程,是一個銷售人員可以更好地接觸社會各界,這樣我就可以早點適應社會。我選擇我的第一份工作在現實的基礎上。工作沒有好壞,只要能夠實現自我價值。

What shall I do after graduation? This is a question I often ask myself before falling asleep.

Now I am a university student majored in English. Many of my classmates have made up their minds to be teachers or to work as translators. Some especially gifted ones would choose to work in foreign enterprize. I am a common student without outstanding gift. I used to dream about making a fortune after graduation. But high-waged jobs are not so easily accessed. I also don't want to be a teacher because I am not very good at working with kids and don't have enough patience. So the best choice for me seems to be a translator. Although being a translator is somewhat boring and tends to earn less, I think it the suitable for me. I am quite used to sitting at a table for long time. Also, I am into reading foreign articles. Above all, I can make the most of my knowledge of Chinese, which I think can match that of my English.

The future is uncertain. The way is there for me to explore. I will try and make my dream come true.

In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon? 近幾年，大學生髮覺找工作越來越難了。這聽起來很奇怪，因為年輕的大學生通常是聰明的，受過良好教育，上進和渴望他們的`才華得到充分發揮的。那麼，是什麼引起這一奇怪現象呢？

There are several reasons for this. To begin with, nowadays college students aim too high. All they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, high social status among others. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not “good” enough. Another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.

有很多原因可以解釋。首先，現在大學生的要求太高了。他們想要的是能提供較好的薪酬，舒適的工作環境，較高的社會地位的好工作。結果，大部分的大學生都不願意接受他們認為不夠好的空缺職位。另一個原因是一些學生在校學習的專業和空缺職位的需求有很大的差距。所以企業認為有些學生不適合那些工作。 Solution to the problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while the latter should not merely aim at material gains. They should be down-to–earth in building up their career. Furthermore, they should face their weak points so as to improve themselves and be more competent.

解決這一問題需要社會和學生的共同努力。企業應該看重學生，才能以及知識，而學生不應該只着眼於物質利益。他們應該腳踏實地的建立自己的職業生涯。另外，他們應該面對他們的弱點從而提高自己，使自己更有能力。
