主語 + do one’s best to do….(盡全力做……)
例如：We should do our best to achieve our goal in life.
我們應盡全力去達成我們的人生目標。
注意：“盡全力”在英語中有不同表達。
例如：We should spare no effort/make every effort to beautify our environment.
我們應該不遺餘力的美化我們的環境。
Since + 主語 + 過去式，主語 + 現在完成式
例如：Since he went to senior high school， he has worked very hard.
自從他上高中，他一直很用功。
An advantage of… is that + 句子 (……的優點是……)
例如：An advantage of using the solar energy is that it won’t create (produce) any pollution.
使用太陽能的優點是它不會製造任何污染。
主語+ cannot emphasize the importance of … too much.(再怎麼強調……的重要性也不為過。)
例如：We cannot emphasize the importance of protecting our eyes too much.
我們再怎麼強調保護眼睛的重要性都不為過。
There is no need for sb to do sth. for sth.(某人沒有必要做……)
例如：There is no need for you to bring more food.
不需你拿來更多的食物了。
By +doing…，主語+can …. (藉着……，……能夠……)
例如：By taking exercise, we can always stay healthy.
藉着做運動，我們能夠始終保持健康。
… enable + sb.+ to + do…. (……使……能夠……)
例如：Listening to music enables us to feel relaxed.
聽音樂使我們能夠感覺輕鬆。
On no account can we + do…. (我們絕對不能……)。
例如：On no account can we ignore the value of knowledge.
我們絕對不能忽略知識的價值。
What will happen to sb.? (某人將會怎樣?)
例如：What will happen to the orphan?
那個孤兒將會怎樣?
For the past + 時間，主語 + 現在完成式/現在完成進行時…. (過去……時間來，……一直……)
例如：For the past two years，I have been busy preparing for the examination.
過去兩年來，我一直忙着準備考試。
It pays to + do….(……是值得的。)
例如：It pays to help others.
幫助別人是值得的。
主語+ be based on….(以……為基礎)
例如：The progress of thee society is based on harmony.
社會的進步是以和諧為基礎的。
It was not until recently that….( 直到最近, ……)
例如：It was not until recently that the problem was solved. 直到最近這個問題才被解決。
We will be successful as long as we…. (只要我們……，我們就會成功的)
例如：We will be successful as long as we insist on working hard.只要我們堅持努力工作，我們會成功的。
No matter + wh-從句，…,
例如：No matter how difficult English may be, you should do your best to learn it.不管英語有多麼難，你都應該盡你最大的努力來學它。
注意：此句型一般可以改為疑問詞+ever引導的從句，+主句
例如：Whatever he asks you to do, please refuse him.
無論他讓你做什麼，都請拒絕他。
It’s useless/ no good / no use doing sth. (做……是沒有用的)
例如：It’s no use crying over spilt milk.
覆水難收。
The reason why + 從句 is that + 從句 (……的原因是……)
例如：The reason why we have to grow trees is that they can supply fresh air for us.我們必須種樹的原因是它們能供應我們新鮮的空氣。
主語+ be closely related to …. (與……息息相關)
例如：Taking exercise is closely related to health.
做運動與健康息息相關。
主語+ get into the habit of + V-ing = make it a rule to + V (養成……的習慣)
例如：We should get into the habit of keeping good hours.
我們應該養成早睡早起的習慣。
What a + 形容詞 + 名詞 + 主語 + be!= How +形容詞+ a +名詞+ be!(多麼……!)
例如： What an important thing it is to keep our promise!= How important a thing it is to keep our promise!
遵守諾言是多麼重要的事!
主語 + do good/ harm to sth.. (對……有益/有害)
例如：Reading does good to our mind.
讀書對心靈有益。
Overwork does harm to health.
工作過度對健康有害。
主語 + have a great influence on sth. (對……有很大的影響)
例如：Smoking has a great influence on our health.
抽煙對我們的健康有很大的影響。
nothing can prevent us from doing…. (沒有事情能夠阻擋我們做……)
例如：All this shows that nothing can prevent us from reaching our aims.
這顯示了沒有事情能夠阻擋我們實現目標。
