◎ 盡：不～感激。

很顯然，在“不勝感激”這個詞語當中，勝的意思應該是最後一個解釋——荊

“感激”的含義

(1) 因為別人的`好意或幫助而對他有好感

(2) 對於施恩者懷有熱烈友好的感情,促使人去報答恩情

(3) 感動奮發

這就是“感激”一詞的詞義，在本詞條當中的意思則應當是此三者都存在的。

“不勝感激”的含義因此，“不勝感激”的意思就應當是：有對於某人或某物不盡的感動與感恩之情，對其懷有強烈友好的感情，促使人去報答恩情。
