隨訪計劃英語怎麼弄
一、指導思想：
利用科學發展觀發展學校教育工作，以推進教學、教研、作業、評價的有效性為抓手，進一步加強英語教研組建設，繼續實現增效減負，不斷提高英語課堂教學的有效性，提升教師業務能力。
二、重點推進工作及目標：
進一步加強教研組建設，繼續發揮我們英語教研組的輻射引領作用，同時學習校其他教研組的經驗與方法，大家取長補短，共同提高。我們還須着重加強對教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究，加強教師備課能力，通過集體教研活動、流程管理的檢查、反饋評估等辦法，不斷指導教師提高備課有效性，制定符合本校本班實際的教學目標，安排好適切的教學內容，以此提高課堂教學的實效性。
1．發揮我們教研組的輻射引領作用，介紹經驗，同時虛心向校其他教研組學習，大家取長補短，共同提高。繼續加強教研組建設，根據上學期提出的建設目標繼續開展研究，提高教師與時俱進的發展意識。
2．繼續深化有效教學研究，加強集體備課，通過集體教研活動，着重加強對教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究，提高教師備課能力。
3．狠抓教學流程管理，通過檢查、反饋評估等辦法，使教師不斷提高備課有效性，制定符合本校本班實際的教學目標，安排好適切的教學內容，以此提高課堂教學的實效性。
三、具體措施：
（一）繼續加強教研組建設，根據自身特點研究制定發展目標
1、教研組建設：完成上學期制定的校本培訓課題，根據上學期制定發展的目標繼續開展研究。
2、發揮教研組長、備課組長在教學五環節中的作用，以嚴謹科學、奮發向上的進取精神，研究教學，研究學生，提高教師與時俱進的發展意識。
3、加強新課程理論學習，學習新課標，明確各年段的教學任務，重點研究執教年段的教學任務。
（二）通過集體教研活動，着重加強對教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究，提高教師備課能力。
1、集體備課每月不少於二次，每次教研活動有中心議題，以便對教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究。
落實點：各類教學計劃、教案中各單元分析，要關注各個 Peried Unit Module 2、1、2、
Project 坡度及銜接。
3、堅持組內聽評課，加強評課，檢驗集體備課的效果，切實提高課堂教學能力。 （三）制定符合本校本班實際的教學目標，提高課堂教學的有效性，
1、研究學生，撰寫好符合本班實際教案，課前再次修改教案，明確各教學要點及步驟。 2、通過教學反思、隨筆，回顧教學，尋找薄弱點，積累教學經驗。
（四）關注學生，着眼於學生的可持續性發展。
1、根據學生年齡段，調動學習積極性，關注學生學習情感的投入。
2、制定方案，加強教育，改變學生學習行為，培養良好的學習習慣。 3、制定措施，加強訓練，增效減負，夯實學習基礎，掌握學習方法，提高學習能力。 4、減負：教導處於期中、期末兩次召開有關作業量的學生座談會，並不定時地進行隨訪。
（五）繼續加強教學流程管理，提高教學的有效性
1、教研組、備課組記錄本：重點查發展目標。
2、繼續加強隨堂聽課，查互聽互評、議課研討，查教案修改，查學習習慣、查全體學生的參與度。
3、查備課：抓課堂教學的規範操作：切實加強集體説課、議課、改課的備課組活動，發揮組內合力作用，開展教學實踐研究。
⑴計劃部分：整冊教材教學、訓練重點、教學策略、教學措施，進度表。
（包括目標、訓練重點、教學環節、步驟調 ⑵教案部分：各單元分析，修改後的教案，
整）課前預習、練習設計（主要一、二題）。
⑶反思部分：學生學習情況、效果評析，改進意見。
⑷作業：作業佈置的一致性、作業批改的精細性為重點檢查內容。
⑸教學評價：遵循教研員要求，共同擬定練習卷，緊扣教材，關注教學重點的落實，知識點的銜接。
四、其他工作：
1、修改、補充教師個人五年發展規劃，加強層次性、遞進性與可操作性，避免目標的含糊、空洞。
2、組織好三年級語、數、英區級監控。
