讓班級團結的話
一般來説,有威嚴的班長,管的班級都不會很吵。所以有的時候對待他們一定不能手軟。
當班長很難,不過能夠當好班長,也是很有樂趣的。所以不要把管同學當作一種任務,而是要有一種自覺的責任心。
只要用心,就會做好的。
首先找個時間在班上把班裏不團結的情況委婉的説出來,然後表明你要解決這問題的想法,這樣班上同學心裏都知道你要幹什麼,都會有向你"倒苦水"的願望...接下來
第一步,要了解到大家是不是有和對方交往的慾望,如果有,那就具備了基本條件;如果不想和對方交往(一般不會有這種情況),要找出原因,把原因寫在紙上.
第二步,各個擊破:你要解除大家的心理障礙,找出他們(她們)不喜歡和對放交往的原因,把原因寫在紙上.
第三步,根據找到的原因"對症下藥",一般分為以下情況:
1,女生覺得男生不值得交往,不是她們心中的男生形象.那就要明確女生心中的"男生形象"是什麼樣子的,記錄下來.
2,男生覺得女生沒氣質,高傲等,不是他們心中的MM形象.同樣,要明確男生心中的"MM形象"到底指什麼.
3,綜合分析得到的資料,找出問題的癥結.
4,組織一次班會,讓大家明白班會的目的,這是成功與否的關鍵,那就要看你的口才了,能不能把大家弄到一起,來面對這個問題.在班會上把你的目的和得到的資料公示,這時全般就會"吵"起來,出現這中情況時,你就成功了一辦,因為這以為着問題在開始得到解決了.然後全般集體展開討論,針鋒相對的把"苦水"倒出來,指出對方的弱點,這樣男女生都知道對方怎麼想的了.最後由你提出:為了解決我們班男女不團結的現象,我提議,由男生代表發言,要求他為了班級體的榮譽,儘量改正.女生也要表態.這樣為下一步打基礎.
5,和別班搞一次籃球挑戰賽.先是男生,女生因為之前表過態,不好意思不參加.接下來是女生,男生看到之前女生都為自己加油了,一定回去給女生打氣的.
6,做了上面五步的話,你就成功了一大半了.接下來還有一段緩衝期,類似的活動你要經常搞,大型的',小型的都可以.但是有個原則:必須和班級體的榮譽掛鈎!!!因為誰都不想不顧班級榮譽!!!
7,在做上面的幾項的同時,你得注意自己的方式,充分利用大家對你的信任。
我覺得就我們班的情況看。首先必須讓每個人都樹立起一種觀念：我們是一家人。任何力量都不可以打擊到我們。其次。就是班乾的責任。這些人必須平等的對待每一個人。不可因為其他原因就過輕或過重的處理事件。然後同學之間更要有責任心。只有當這個團隊的每一個人都有了責任心。這個團隊才值得大家去維護。這個班極才能夠團結起來。如果覺得我説的對你要給我採納嗷= =#!畢竟肥水不流了外人田你説是吧。
