磨練如同風雨後的'彩虹，絢麗斑斕;磨練如凝成珍珠的沙礫，圓潤光澤;磨練如同海嘯中的海燕，高傲飛翔。人生如果沒有磨練，那又怎能展現出人生的精彩。正如冰心所説：成功的花，人們只驚羨她現時的明豔，然而當初她的芽，浸透了奮鬥的淚痕、犧牲的血雨。
烏雲密佈，電閃雷鳴，狂風大作，雨點紛至。滾滾的烏雲如同一團濃墨，一條條銀色毒蛇在其中翻騰，嘶咬着天空;狂風如曠野中受了驚的野牛，勢不可擋;雨點如戰場上的槍林彈雨，紛紛而至。如此惡劣的環境下卻造就了一朵出淤泥而不染的荷花——彩虹，閃着絢麗的光芒，散發七彩的高貴氣質。
沙礫鑽進蚌中，給蚌帶來了痛苦，蚌用身體將沙礫一點點擠出，可沙礫卻牢牢地粘在蚌上。於是，蚌將沙礫不停地卷磨，希望將沙礫磨平，以至於不傷害它的身體，但卻付出了自己的鮮血，承受着痛苦的折磨……很久以後，當人們發現它時，在它乾枯的體內找到了一顆豆大的，有着晶瑩光澤的圓潤的珍珠。
南極大陸周邊的沿海如鏡面，各種生物在這裏快樂生存。突然，烏雲迅速聚攏，一條長長的閃電劃過這寧靜和諧的天空，烏雲越壓越低，彷彿要塌下來一般，海浪拍擊着海岸，越來越猛，海嘯來臨了。企鵝低聲沉吟着，手足無措地走來走去。此刻，烏雲滾滾中，波濤翻騰裏穿過一個個黑亮的身影，那就是勇敢的海燕。海浪毫不留情地拍擊着海岸，砸得浪花四濺，海燕如一支支離弦的箭，飛速穿越，按捺不住的生命的活力。
最後，一陣洶湧狂浪襲來，海燕毫不退縮，勇往直前，全力以赴。終於，天空烏雲散盡，明淨的天空下，留住了海燕高傲無畏的身影。
只有經過嚴冬才能迎來盛春，只有歷經風雨才能看見彩虹，只有經受磨練才有收穫!
