託福閲讀解題的過程實際上也就是兩大快速閲讀技巧的結合：略讀(Skimming瞭解中心) +查讀(Scanning查找細節)。 skimming 和scanning 都要求能快速準確地識別關鍵詞或詞組(定位速度)。而恰恰這一步是大家所不熟悉和忽略的。這肯定不是詞彙量不足的問題。要真正提高閲讀速度，必須首先提高定位速度。

這裏給大家介紹一下“掃視定位法”，即變逐字、逐句閲讀為字羣、詞羣、意羣閲讀，用一目一行，一目多行等方式，以高於平時精讀幾倍乃至幾十倍的速度掃視閲讀材料，從而快速在原文中定位到題幹中的關鍵詞。

具體做到：避免眼球沒有規律的掃視; 避免中途回視;加快眼動速度，逐步擴大“視知覺廣度”。“視知覺廣度”大，由於眼球注視時間短和中途回視的次數少(眼動速度快)，閲讀的平均速度就比較快。

以下練習是為提高眼動速度，加強對單詞和詞組的視覺感知而設計的。大家在練習時要抱着實驗的'心態，忘記對錯誤的擔心，嚴格按時間要求完成訓練。相信只要你認真練習，並且在做題時實踐，一定會對託福閲讀有新的感悟。更或是頓悟?
