today, my speech is about talents,in my opionion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.

first, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke ver, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games......

to sum up, talents will play a more and more impoetant role in the world, if one country intends to flourish, he must foster talents as many as they can ,that's all,thank you.

Once, I read a story in a book, it told about an old man was on the train, he lost one of his shoes on the window, to everyone’s surprise, he dropped his another shoe out of window quickly. People asked why he was doing that, he said that if the person picked up one of his shoes, it was useless, but a pair of shoes could be valuable. The old man is so general and he has the positive attitude towards life. The positive attitude is very important, when we meet difficulties, we will get over them. If we feel frustrated all the time, then we will not be happy. We can’t change bad things, but we can change our attitude.

曾經，我在一本書上讀到一個故事，講述了在火車上一位老人，他在窗口弄丟了一隻鞋子，令大家感到吃驚的是，他立刻把另外一隻鞋子也扔出窗外。人們問他為什麼這樣做，他説如果有人撿到他的一隻鞋子，是沒有用處的，但是一雙鞋子就有價值。老人家是慷慨的，他對生活有着樂觀的`態度。樂觀的態度是很重要的，當我們遇到困難了，就能克服。如果我們總是覺得沮喪，就不會開心。我們無法改變壞事情，但是可以改變我們的態度。

My name is XXX, I am a middle school student of XXX sschool. I am so glad to be here and tell you something about our school.

We study in a beautiful school,since the day I came here I have began to love her.

Flowers and trees are the most beautiful things in our matter where you are,you can smell the clean air in our school,when you are tired you also can sit on the chail under the big enly you will feel so cool,and at that time you must lose youself in enjoying it.

And there are also many many good teachers in our school,they teach us so carefully in each calss,and when you meet hard problem they won't stop telling until you we often have good markes in the examnations.

Oh sure the students here are the best, we study hard and live together happily,here you never can see we quarry with each other and hit each other because here is a big warm family.

So many things I will say,but the most important thing is that you come here ,I think you must love our use everyone here loves it!
