送給家長的話
一、因材施教。
正如沒有完全相同的兩片樹葉一樣，世界上也沒有完全相同的兩個孩子，即使是孿生的兄弟姐妹，也往往有着截然不同的性格。
所以，與學校教育一樣，因材施教，在家庭教育中也是很重要的。心理學範疇中，把人的氣質分為四種：膽汁質、多血質、黏液質、抑鬱質，不同性格、氣質的孩子，他們所適應的教育方式也不一樣。同樣的教育方法，在這個孩子身上取得了成功，用在另一個孩子身上，不見得有同樣的效果。所以家長在選擇教育方式的時候，是很有必要先對孩子的性格做個詳盡的分析的。一些家長常常把別人成功的教子經驗不加分析地一古腦照搬過來，用在自己孩子的身上，卻發現那並不是金科玉律，自己的孩子並沒有像別人的子女一樣取得成功。所以，再神奇的教育方法，家長們在使用之前，也應該做個甄別。要記住：適用的才是最好的。
二、學會欣賞孩子。
家長們在評價自己孩子的時候，大多帶着挑剔的目光，和別人的孩子相比，總覺得自己的`孩子這也不好，那也不好。其實，每一個孩子總有自己的優點，只是我們的眼睛總盯着孩子的缺點，讓我們換個角度來看孩子，就會發現他們身上的優點。不要把學習作為惟一的評價標準。學習，只是孩子所有素質中的一項，頂多，是比較重要的一項罷了，它並不是決定孩子成功的惟一因素。
三、別把孩子當出氣筒。
社會競爭越來越激烈，每個人的壓力都不校而這種壓力，是需要一個宣泄的渠道的。但是，孩子不應當成為家長的出氣筒，那樣做，只會讓孩子的情緒也受到我們的影響。所以，當我們在工作上、在生活中碰到不如意的時候，記得找到一個合適的方法來排解，別讓孩子成為無辜的犧牲品。
四、做孩子的朋友。
在家長的潛意識中，孩子都是自己的附屬品，兒女必須聽父母的話，這些觀念在我們的腦子裏根深蒂固。其實，要想真正瞭解孩子，高高在上的姿態是不行的。想走進孩子的內心，成為他們的朋友是惟一的辦法。
