運動有很多種,有打籃球、羽毛球、桌球、等,都是有益身心健康的運動,其中,我最喜愛的運動是:”游泳”,游泳不但可以治好氣喘,還可以減肥,真是一舉兩得。游泳有很多方式,像是:自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、等,都很有趣喔!但是,游泳也是要注意一下,像是不要沒有做暖身操,就先下水,不然就不能避免抽筋;下水時先確認水深不深,淺不淺,水深不好,因為你跳水時,有可能水太深,造成溺水;水太淺跳水時,就會受傷,容易發生危險;還有不要在濕滑的地方追逐嬉戲。我們要快快樂樂的`玩,平平安安的回家。

游泳是個很好的運動,連平常都不怎麼有精神的弟弟去游泳回來以後,精神都來了。可見游泳真的很棒!我們也可以多多嘗試看看喔!
