然而自從智慧型手機發明之後，“低頭族”的情況變得非常普遍，我們經常可以看到不管是在搭車或走路時，總是人手一台平板電腦或是手機在上網或玩遊戲，這樣不但會讓視力變差，還可能因為不看路而導致交通事故的發生，這種休閒活動不但對身心發展沒有幫助，反而還可能有不良的影響。所以我們在從事休閒活動時，應該多接觸大自然，讓身心靈都能夠向上提升，這才能達到從事休閒活動的目的。
