從中我們可以看到,“生物鐘”的英語就是如此直接,字字對應的説法“biological clock”了。而如果我們想説,“調整生物鐘”,就可以用上句中的reset來表示。“reset”是指“重新設定”的意思,因此可以放在這裏指“重新設定我們的`生物鐘”。

我們知道,引起生物鐘紊亂的原因有很多,比方説“時差”:
