一、考生應講誠信並自覺服從監考員等考試工作人員管理，自覺接受監考員使用金屬探測儀進行安全檢查，不得以任何理由妨礙監考員等考試工作人員履行職責，不得擾亂考場及其他考試工作地點的秩序。

二、考生必須在每個時間段開考前三十分鐘進入備考室，在每場次開考前十五分鐘統一由考務員引導進入考場，並憑準考證、身份證參加考試。

三、每個時間段開考前十五分鐘，禁止遲到考生進入考試場所(含備考試、候考室、考場)。考試結束後，考生方可出場，考試中途不準離開考場。出場後，考生不準在考試考場附近逗留或交談。

四、考生可攜帶鋼筆或鉛筆進入考場，以備必要時便於記錄。嚴禁攜帶無線通訊工具、電子存儲記憶錄放設備以及學習資料等物品進入考試場所(含候考室、備考室、考場)。考生入場時應自覺接受監考員使用金屬探測儀檢查是否攜帶違禁物品。

五、考生入場後，需將准考證、身份證放在桌面上，以便核驗。

六、考生進入考場，領取草稿紙，自覺服從監考員的指揮，不得隨意開啟和移動計算機等相關設備，只能按指令在鍵盤上輸入自己的考生號，按系統提示進入“等待考試”狀態，等待“開始考試”指令的發出。考生擅自關閉計算機、拔掉網線、拔掉電源，造成停機、數據不能傳輸的，取消考生英語聽説考試資格。

七、考試開始，輸入考號後如遇未能進入“等待考試”狀態、考試過程中計算機出現死機或不能錄音等故障問題，考生可舉手詢問，待監考人員處理;涉及試題內容的疑問，考生不得向監考人員詢問。

八、考生在考場內必須保持安靜，不準隨意離位走動，不準吸煙，不準喧譁，不準交頭接耳，不準做考試以外的動作(如拔弄計算機開關、電源線、耳機線等)。要獨立思考，獨立完成答卷。

九、考生必須在指定的候考室候考，不準隨便進出，不得與已考考生接觸，否則按考試違紀處理。

十、考試終了，確認考生答案全部上傳至服務器後，系統管理員啟動“考試完畢”指令按鈕，對考生答案進行打包。考生等待監考員回收草稿紙，然後由考務員按指定的路線帶考生離開考場。

十一、嚴格遵守考場紀律。對於違反紀律者和有舞弊行為的考生，將按照《國家教育考試違規處理辦法》，視情節輕重，分別給予批評教育、取消該科考試成績等處理，已入學者取消入學資格。對擾亂考場秩序，威脅監考人員人身安全的，由公安部門依法論處。
