關於“冤假錯案”英語怎麼説

沈德詠在《人民法院報》的`文章中指出：“我們要充分認識到，免費學習英語的網站，英語免費站，律師是法律職業共同體的重要一員，是人民法院的同盟軍，是有效防範冤假錯案的無可替代的重要力量。”

Wrongful convictions字面意思為“錯誤定罪”，也就是我們常説的“冤假錯案”。Conviction指法庭對犯罪嫌疑人的“定罪”，如果“不服判決，提出上訴”就可以用appeal against one's conviction來表示。

沈德詠認為，在目前有罪推定（presumption of guilt）思想尚未完全根除、無罪推定（presumption of innocence）思想尚未真正樹立的情況下，冤假錯案發生的概率甚至可以説還比較大。對此，法院人員必須保持清醒的認識，要像防範洪水猛獸一樣來防範冤假錯案，學習英語的網站，寧可錯放，也不可錯判（it is even preferable to spare guilty people than to hand down wrongful punishment to the innocent）
